Shipping within the European Union

 

Where we ship
We currently ship within the European Union only. Orders to non-EU countries (e.g., UK, Switzerland, Norway) are not available at this time.

Carrier & service
All EU orders ship with Speedy (DPD network), fully tracked end-to-end.

Processing time
Orders dispatch within 1–5 business days from Bulgaria. You’ll receive a tracking number when your parcel leaves our studio.

Delivery estimate (EU)
EU Tracked (Standard): €21 · 4–8 business days after dispatch.

High-value orders
For garments priced €300+, we ship signature-required by default. Full insurance is available on request.

Domestic Bulgaria
Shipping within Bulgaria is free (Speedy, Econt, BOX NOW). You’ll be notified by SMS/email once your parcel is ready for pickup or out for delivery.

Taxes & customs
Orders ship from Bulgaria (EU). No customs duties within the EU. Any VAT is handled according to EU distance-selling rules at checkout.

Packaging
Each piece is wrapped in protective tissue and boxed securely. One-of-a-kind garments include a Certificate of Authenticity. On request, we can double-box high-value orders.

Missed delivery
If a parcel is not collected within the carrier’s hold period, it will return to us automatically. We can reship after collecting the reship fee.

Address changes
For security, we can only ship to the address entered at checkout. If you need a change, contact us before dispatch via your order message.

Damage in transit
If your parcel arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the outer box, inner packaging and the garment. We’ll assist immediately.

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days (EU). Please see our Returns & Exchanges policy for conditions and instructions.

Payments
All payments are processed online via Stripe (major cards, Apple Pay/Google Pay where available). We do not accept cash-on-delivery for EU orders.
