Livada (“Fieldsong”) is conceived as a complete and singular presence.

Formed from boiled wool, the coat defines its silhouette with quiet certainty rather than ornament. A hand-painted pocket introduces a private mark - placed intentionally, not symbolically, and not meant to be replicated. It exists only in this form. The accompanying vest is created as part of the same resolved work. It allows the piece to be worn layered or separate, without altering its identity or intent. Neither element follows seasonal direction; both stand outside repetition. Unrepeatable. Independent.

Hubavitsa pieces are created largely by hand. Subtle irregularities in stitching or form are intentional and remain part of the final piece. They mark the presence of the hand and ensure that no two works are ever the same.
